Before service is received, the client will be notified of a fluctuation in price. There are absolutely no refunds on services provided. If for any reason the client is dissatisfied with the service they received and the owner agrees the complaint is justifiable, a salon credit will be issued. No exceptions or substitution. Please give 24 hours notice when canceling a scheduled appointment. No shows are subject to a $15 No-Show fee. Because the services are specifically timed, showing up more than 10 minutes late for an appointment will require the appointment to be rescheduled through the booking site.
